Phew! I'm down a bit! I think the zero loss/gain from last week took the wind out of my sails. I didn't use it as an excuse (I'm in this for the long haul), but I really lacked excitement and drive. I also noticed I virtually ate zero salads this week, yeeps! See my stats on the
